Quarterly e-Newsletters

In my most recent full-time role managing communications and development for the Connecticut Fair Housing Center, I started a quarterly e-newsletter to keep donors, advocates, elected officials, members of the housing industry, and other stakeholders informed about the Center’s legal wins, advocacy initiatives, and education work and stay connected with donors.

We used Constant Contact for email marketing, maintaining a list of around 2,500 subscribers and seeing a typical open rate of 18-20%. I have also used MailChimp with clients and previous employers.
